Setup is simple! Our onboarding team will guide you through the process, ensuring everything is in place quickly and easily. Once you provide the necessary information, we’ll have your system accurately configured and ready to go.
After purchase, onboarding begins within 24 hours. An onboarding coordinator will outline the process and provide detailed next steps. Within 24-48 hours, a basic platform setup is ready, and hardware (if needed) is shipped. All you need to do then is input your business information - many customers are fully operational within a week; it just depends how quickly you input your information and get started!
The package includes our temperature monitoring hardware, which consists of a Gateway Hub and 6 temperature monitoring Pods to monitor fridge and freezer temperatures 24/7. The Pods are placed into the appliance and are easy to set up by following the instructions provided. They connect to your software via the Hub. The Hub connects via ethernet or Wi-Fi, with user-friendly setup instructions.
Our Smart Probe is an optional add-on to our packages and enables quick, accurate temperature recording with integrated staff, supplier and menu data. The Smart Probe connects as easily as a phone to Wi-Fi.
Your dedicated Onboarding Coordinator is on hand for any setup queries, such as Wi-Fi configuration or credentials.
Our Digital Food Safety packages include access to a customer support helpline and your dedicated onboarding coordinator is available to support you during setup and beyond. You can reach them directly via their provided email or phone number during regular working hours.
Our minimum contract terms are 12 months. Before renewal, you can contact us by giving 90 days' notice if you wish to no longer renew.
