The system can be accessed via any device with access to the internet as the software is fully web-based. We recommend you access it via a tablet and display your dashboard in your kitchen.

The Hub is what connects your Pods to our software. You will need one Hub within 300m radius of your Pods for them to connect. 

The Pods utilise LoRaWAN radio technology to speak directly with our Hub. They do not require WiFi to work, but the Hub MUST be connected to the internet. They are designed to work within commercial Fridges/Freezers and are created exclusively by Navitas Safety. They record temperatures every 30 minutes, 24/7. Any temperature issues, our software will alert you so you can quickly solve the problem and save your stock. Each Pod has a battery which will last up to 5 years and you do not need to connect them to a main power supply.

Yes you need an Internet connection to access and use the system. This can be WiFi, LAN or Mobile Data connection.
