Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Navitas Digital Safety Limited, we aim to provide our business clients with the best possible service. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require refunds or a cancellation request. Please review our policy below, which applies to all customers purchasing SaaS subscriptions and associated hardware.
1. Subscription Cancellation and Notice Period
To cancel your subscription and prevent automatic renewal, not less than 90 days' written notice is required before the expiry of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Period. Failure to provide this notice will result in automatic renewal of the subscription for a subsequent 12-month period. Cancellation requests made within this notice period will be effective at the end of the current subscription term.
2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Once a subscription is purchased, refunds will not be issued for a change of mind. Please ensure you review the SaaS software and associated hardware, where applicable, to ensure it meets your business requirements.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors, such as being charged twice for a service or incorrect amounts.
In such cases, please contact finance@navitassafety.com with relevant details, including your subscription and invoice information. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days.
